An old male Muttaburrasaur bellows to announce his territory to everyone around him.
No specific refrence used for the dinosaur when I drew it, but I did look up a skull while I had it in Photoshop, and made changes to the head to improve it. Yes, the beak is ment to be serrated. He's old and craggy.
This is also the first background I've done that was done completely in Photoshop.
Prints of this piece now available!...Give me money.
:0 I envy your lineart. You use uhh... nib pens? Bleh, damn you and your supplies. :B
Anyway, you did a fantastic job on the dinosaur. One thing that bugs me is how pale and smooth the background looks against the rough lines and bright colors of... that dinosaur.
Personally I think you went a little overboard with the ink, especially on the face: I had trouble figuring out it was supposed to be a dinosaur rather then some alien creature with huge red eyes. Besides that the background is well done for a first time and overall the picture is good.

Walrus: "Call the poleeeece..."
I love the emotion you've put into that guy, he looks really alive. I need to pet him.
